Our Review:
Aqua Pearls by RealOre Studios is the latest Zuma style game out. This game is classic Zuma style where you shoot balls from the middle of the screen. I played the first few levels and thought “it’s just the same as Zuma!”, but then after about 5 levels, there was something new! A powerup upgrade screen! On this screen you can choose to upgrade the powerups in the game to make them more effective. To upgrade a powerup you need to use stars, which you collect while playing the game. I tried upgrading the the “Rewind” item and found that it rewound the balls farther than before. Each powerup can be upgraded many times, to there’s many upgrades per item. It’s a great touch that may keep players hooked playing just to see how each upgraded powerup behaves.

Our Review:
Water Bugs is the latest game from Retro64. The gameplay is pretty hard to explain and there aren’t many downloadable games like it, but you might have played a similiar game before. The game is easy to pickup and play and has some very detailed graphics.

Our Review:
Bricks of Atlantis by Arcade Lab is a well made brick busting game. The cool (and cute) feature of the game is that there are fish powerups to collect. These fish powerups spawn little fishes that help you when playing the game. The graphics are gorgeous with an underwater atlantis/sunken city theme. If you are a fan of this type of game, you’ll probably love this one.
